How to Block Unwanted Emails in Gmail?

To clean up your email inbox the top priority is the to-do list and with the
good reason. It is required to clean the inbox. If you are looking for blockunwanted emails that are particularly from certain senders to send unsolicited
messages is an extension for Google Chrome known as Block Sender which is great
solution. This extension blocks the sender that you specify in the inbox, and
then it will reply to the sender with fake messages failure. As a result the
sender will stop sending future messages and it will delete the email address
off its mailing list.
After installing the extension a new tab will direct you to the Gmail if you
are logged in then it will display your inbox.
Then click on the message that you want to block and then click on the Block
button which is present at the top portion of email message.
When you will click on the Block button and undo button for 3 seconds which
will give you the time to cancel the action. In this time frame you can change
the extension from the option page.
In addition to it a pop-up window will come in order to confirm the action
of showing the senders email address. It will even ask you to send a fake
message of sent failure to the sender.
The screenshot will show the fake messages that the sender will receive when
you block the messages.
The sender will not be notified that the messages was deleted or sent to
trash.
You can make more option for blocking by clicking on the arrow which is present
beside the Block button. In addition to blocking the sender you can even block
the sender domain, or email messages with the same subject or even the keyword
or phrase.
Option page can also be accessed from
the same drop-down menu.
In the option menu
you need to change the blocking defaults. You can choose the default action
when blocking the messages or while deleting or sending to trash the blocked
messages.
This is where you need to change the default timeout for undo button.
To unblock the sender you need to click on the drop-down menu beside the Block button and
select “Unblock Sender.”
If you need to use Block Sender method of managing your inbox then it is
free for four blocks per month. To block unlimited senders, you need to
subscribe to their Pro plan for $29/year.
To keep your inbox free from spam and
unwanted messages it is important that you upgrade it. When you achieve the
same effect by creating a filter in Gmail’s settings which can troublesome task
then it is better that you compare the extension flexibility.
